Kom gezellig naar de studio in Breda om een paar uurtjes met klei te werken. Het staat je tijdens deze workshop helemaal vrij om te kleien wat je wil en ik help je bij het proces. Je zult verschillende handvorm technieken leren waarmee je jouw creaties van keramiek tot leven kan laten komen. Belangrijk: we gaan dus NIET draaien op de draaischijf!

Tijdens deze workshop zal de focus liggen op de nerikomi techniek waarbij we verschillende kleuren klei in laagjes tot een mooi patroon kneden. Met dat patroon gaan we vervolgens mooie schalen, kopjes of borden maken.

Zaterdag 24 Augustus 2024

* LET OP! deze workshop duurt 4 uur (de standaard workshop duurt 3 uur)

* 13:00 - 17:00

* er moeten ten minste 4 inschrijvingen zijn om de workshop te kunnen laten doorgaan

* er is tijdens deze special ruimte voor maximaal 6 deelnemers 

* het is niet nodig om al ervaring te hebben met keramiek

* wat je gaat maken is helemaal aan jou, ik help je bij het kleien van jouw persoonlijke project (of projectjes)

* na de workshop moeten de door jou gemaakte potjes nog een heel proces doormaken waardoor het gemiddeld 6-8 weken duurt voor ze klaar zijn om opgehaald te worden: eerst rustig drogen, dan gebakken worden tot 900 graden, glazuren, en weer bakken tot 1240 graden.

* thee, koffie of fris en een klein snackje is aanwezig tijdens de workshop

* je ontvangt enkele dagen voor de workshop een e-mail met alle belangrijke informatie

Als het minimumaantal van 4 deelnemers niet behaald is zal ik contact met je opnemen. Misschien is er een andere cursus waar je jouw inschrijving naar wil verplaatsen of je ontvangt het betaalde bedrag van me terug.

important information

  • This product was made using stoneware clay.

    All pottery is fired up to 1240 degrees Celcius to ensure the clay is vitrified and sturdy.

  • I take care to make sure all glazes used at the studio are safe to use for tableware.

  • All tableware pottery is safe to use in the dishwasher.

    However, it is always my advice to handwash if at all possible.

  • The sizes mentioned in the product description are estimations. I allow a few millimeters variation.

  • SHIPPING POLICY

  • I need 2 - 7 days to process and pack your order.

    Please know that I always work as quickly as I can to get your new ceramics to you safely.

  • International shipping is offered. Find out what the shipping costs for your country are by filling out your address in the order page. You can always abort the order.

    Locals can skip shipping costs by entering the discount code PICKUP at checkout. Unfortunately it is not possible to use more than one discount code at a time. I can always refund any unnecessary shipping costs.

  • Despite my best efforts to package all ceramics carefully an order may still arrive broken.

    Rest assured this almost never happens but if it does, please e-mail me as soon as possible. I can send you a new product or give you a refund.

  • Sometimes shipping companies take a while longer to deliver an order or even loose one along the way.
